Movie started from kidnapping. A young guys of Rajasthan Sunny, kidnaps a young girl Latika through deceit. He brutally tortures, and rapes the girl, and later kills her. The next day, S.P Shivani Shivaji Roy examines the case, citing that it was through a belt that she was killed, and there were major bruises in the internal, as well as external parts of the body.

Sunny meanwhile works for local political party leader, Vipul Beniwal, to kill his opponents, and through T.V, comes to know about Shivani, who promises to find Latika’s killer. Sunny hires Pravin, a tea seller near the police station, to help in the murder of another politician. While Sunny kills the politician, Pravin takes the latter‘s wife in a car to a faraway area near a slum, and they both die in a suicidal blast by Pravin. Sunny takes the place of Pravin as a tea-seller, in the name of Bajrang.
