F1 Soft Leading IT sector Of Nepal
F1 Soft International, Nepal’s largest and leading digital financial services company, has entered its 18th year. The company started its service on March 6, 2004.
In a span of 17 years, the company has succeeded in establishing itself as the largest and leading IT company in Nepal. The company has developed all the technology needed in the financial sector.
The company, which has set up its services through SMS banking, has now developed much-needed technologies such as internet banking, mobile banking, Viber banking, and phone loans required by the financial sector. Similarly, F1 Soft has developed mobile payments such as e-Sewa and FonPay.
On the occasion of the 17th anniversary, Chief Executive Officer of F1 Soft International, Subash Sharma, said that the technology developed by F1 Soft would make the daily life of the common man comfortable and its benefits would reach the country.
“We aim to make a big contribution to the country’s GDP by creating a digital Nepal,” he said, adding, “We will work harder in the coming days.”
F1 Soft’s Technology in Banks
Most of the banks and financial institutions in Nepal are providing services using the technology developed by F1 Soft.
There are more than 11 million users of mobile banking and internet banking developed by the company in Nepal. The bank is providing digital services to the customers using the technology developed by Fvan Soft.
One Thousand jobs
F1 Soft International has provided employment to more than 1,000 people. More than a thousand people have found employment in various other companies under F1 Soft and F1 Soft Group.
Operation of 13 subsidiary companies
The F1 Soft Group currently operates 13 companies, including Fwan Soft, including F1 Soft, e-Sewa, FonPay, e-Sewa Money Transfer, Dayalo Technology, Cogent Health, Logica, Sirantech, Darshan Tech, Extenso Data, Swastik College, Bus. Sewa, Esewa Travel.
Most of the 13 companies have been developed by F1 Soft. Apart from the financial sector, these companies also develop software digitizing health, education, and various other sectors.

F1 Software is a software development and investment company. The company, which has been operating for the past 17 years, has been investing in various companies.
Most banks have online and mobile banking services developed by F1 Soft. It also provides its services outside Nepal.
E-Sewa
E-Sewa is the first payment service provider in Nepal. Launched as a beta version in 2009, the e-Sewa, which was launched on January 25, 2010, currently serves about 5 million customers directly and pays 1.5 million people through a network of 100,000 agents.
At present, more than 200,000 transactions are made daily through e-Sewa. Currently, more than 2,000 services including mobile, telephone, internet, electricity and drinking water tariff, recharge, remittance service, airplane, bus ticket, school and college fees can be paid through e-Sewa.
The e-Sewa currently has more than 49 bank and financial institution members. You can easily deposit money in e-Sewa from these banks and send money to the bank account from e-Sewa. The e-Sewa can be used through the website and mobile app.
FonPay
FonPay is a payment system operator licensed by the National Bank. The FonPay network has more than 13 million registered users, 150,000 more merchants and more than 50 partners.
FonPay offers, FonPay Merchant, FonPay Direct, QR Payment, Corporate Fon Pay, Hub Payment, Third Party Payment Services.
Cogent Health
Cogent Health Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative company in the field of health information technology. The company has been working on technology to fully digitize the management of hospitals and health institutions based on electronic medical records (EMR).
Technologies such as Cogent EMR, Cogent EMR Web, and Smart Health, including E-appointment and QR payments created by Cogent Health and e-services, are being used in more than a hundred hospitals and health institutions across Nepal.
Dayalo Technologies
Dayalo Technologies is also a company under Fvan Soft. The company has played an important role in digitizing the drinking water committee by creating software called ‘Watermark’.
For the first time in Nepal, the company has been developing cloud-based accounting software ‘Elekha’ and other software.
Darshan Tech, I Solutions
Darshan Tech is digitizing Nepal’s insurance sector. The company has moved ahead in the campaign to digitize the insurance sector by creating software called iSolution.
Darshan Tech has a big hand in displacing foreign software and installing domestic software in the insurance sector. Currently, most of the life insurance companies in Nepal are using Darshan Tech’s software. The product also received the Product ICT Award in 2018.
e-Sewa Money transfer
e-Sewa money transfer has been started with the objective of helping remittances to enter Nepal easily and simply. The e-Sewa money transfer service has been expanded to 22 countries.
Remittances sent from abroad can be received from more than 8,000 e-Sewa money transfer agents and e-Sewa wallets. Similarly, the money sent to any bank account in Nepal will be deposited immediately.

Extenso Data is a data analytics company under F1 Soft Group. The company specializes in AI, data analytics, predictive analysis and big data.
The company has been providing business analytics, future forecasting, process optimization, data engineering and process automation services.
