How to download all your photos, messages and posts on Facebook
Download data from Facebook
You can view all the photos, posts and messages sent on Facebook by downloading them at once. If you need all the files you have uploaded at once or if you want to shut down Facebook forever, you should download all your information from Facebook.

To download all the information you have on Facebook from Facebook, do the following:
1. Click on Settings on the top right of the Facebook page.
2. Click on the Your Facebook information option in the third menu on the left side of the Settings page.
3. Click on "Download your information" in the second part of the list of newly opened menus.
4. Select only the information you need from the list shown there.
5. In the list of options at the top, Date Range can only download data for the date you like. It is advisable to select HTML in the Format option. You can download your photos in Low (Low Quality), Medium (Medium Quality) and High (High Quality) as required in Media Quality. The higher the quality, the larger the file size to download.
6. After selecting the options you like, click on Create File in blue.
After clicking on Create File, a file will be created for your download. Depending on the option you select, it may take some time for the file to be ready. Once the file is ready, you will be notified and you can download the file.
Something else
1. The message you deleted cannot be downloaded. Deleted messages from Facebook cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. It doesn't matter if you turn off Facebook when the data is ready to be downloaded. When the data is ready to be downloaded, you will receive a notification and you can download from that notification.
3. The downloaded file contains all your secrets, so the file should be kept safe.
