Arsenal beat City 2-0 at Wembley. In the 19th minute of the game, Nicolas Pepe's pass Arsenal the lead by scoring a goal.
Obamayang scored his second goal in the 71st minute through a pass from Kiran Turne.
Arsenal will now play the winner of the second semi-final between Manchester United and Chelsea for the title.
The final game will be played on August 1.
