How to Recover Recharge card Damages. If the PIN number of the card is not clear or corroded, the customer should provide the serial number of the recharged card, the PIN number shown on the recharge card and the mobile number to be recharged.
Nepal Telecom's recharge card can be recharged even if most of the numbers have been erased and only 6 numbers have been seen. For this, the customer will be able to recharge himself from the company's website in the first stage.
If the PIN number of the card is not clear or corroded, the customer should provide the serial number of the recharged card, the PIN number shown on the recharge card and the mobile number to be recharged. To do this, go to the company's website and click on PIN Recovery or log on directly to here. Out of the 16 digit PIN number on the recharge card, at least 6 digits should be visible. The PIN number should be written on the card and the deleted number should be marked as '8'. For example, if the format of PIN number is 1234567890123456 and the intermediate PIN number is deleted or not understood, then 1 ** 45 * 78 ** 12 ** 5 * should be kept according to the structure.
If you make a mistake while recharging in this way, you can try up to 10 times at most. If you try to recharge incorrectly more than this, it will not be successful from the website and you will have to go to the counter of the company to exchange the recharge card.
If you don't see at least 6 digits, you have to go to the counter for exchange or recharge. This provision has been removed after the company had to go to the counter to exchange all types of cards. After going to the counter, there is an arrangement to check it and give a new recharge card of the same price. It is expected that the service will be very convenient for the customers by recharging from the website.
In the future, the company plans to exchange recharge cards by sending SMS through the company's app 'Nepal Telecom' and short code.
